Dr. Dhruv Sharma, an alumnus of New York University, is a visionary educator determined to make a significant impact on the educational landscape. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and over 14 years of experience as a researcher and academician, he has made his mark in the academic circles of the United States, Mauritius, and India.
His relentless passion for teaching and transforming education led him to become a founding member of Earthwise Academy, where he continues to innovate and inspire. He has consistently worked to create a safe and enriching environment for learners, fostering holistic development. Through Earthwise Academy, he is dedicated to promoting inclusivity, building a strong community, nurturing environmental awareness and instilling a love for learning.
Dr. Ramana Manohar Reddy
Leadership
Dr. Ramana Manohar Reddy brings his passion for education and his commitment to nurturing young minds. Ramana Manohar Reddy (Member, IEEE) received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, India. With 10 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at reputed universities, his vision is to create an environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking and lifelong learning.
As a founder of this preschool, his objective is to foster a foundation for young learners that nurtures creativity, emotional intelligence and cognitive development. The school's innovative curriculum balances academic learning with activities that promote social and emotional growth, preparing children for future academic success. In addition, a strong emphasis is placed on teaching children about sustainable living and environmental stewardship, instilling in them a sense of responsibility to protect and preserve the Earth, ensuring a brighter, greener future for all.

She is passionate about driving organizational growth through effective talent management, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and optimizing processes. She has also led Marketing teams for various companies through her career. She is Masters in Electronics & Tele-communications and a CCNA certified engineer. She is particularly interested in uniting a dynamic and fast-paced academy where she can contribute her skills to support the organization's goals and create a thriving work culture.
